Wyatt Griffith is a respected Human Performance Analyst and one of the nation's most trusted Certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches. Over the past decade, he has quietly built a reputation for excellence through his work with a wide spectrum of elite athletes and tactical professionals. His expertise has supported high-level performers across the NFL, NBA, UFC, WWE, Olympics, and USA Hockey. Among the many athletes he has guided are NFL figures such as Terrell Owens, Sammy Watkins, and Kurt Benkert. His collaboration with Terrell Owens on a performance-focused series, featured on Hulu and Fubo, garnered critical acclaim and earned an affiliation for an Emmy nomination. The project helped shine a light on the deeper demands of athletic performance and recovery.
Wyatt’s foundation in human performance began at Ohio Wesleyan University, where he majored in Human Health and Kinetics while competing as a two-sport athlete in football and track. He was elected team captain by his football peers and was recognized among the nation’s top 10 kick returners. Following his collegiate career, he progressed to the professional level, competing in the Arena Football League and attracting interest from the Canadian Football League.
A lifelong learner and dedicated coach, Wyatt has developed a specialization in performance rehabilitation. He served as Director of Human Performance at Amazing Wellness Chiropractic DISC Centers of America, where he designed and implemented return-to-performance protocols for patients recovering from trauma and post-operative procedures. His work focused on long-term health, functional movement, and pain reduction.
Wyatt later served as Director of Operations at Daru Strong Performance, working closely with world-renowned coach Phil Daru. In this role, he managed training programs, led educational initiatives, and played a key part in advancing the company's operational excellence. As Daru’s lead speed coach, Wyatt focused on frontside mechanics, cognitive processing, change of direction, and fast-twitch muscle recruitment.
In recent years, Wyatt has expanded his impact into the tactical performance domain by collaborating with elite military and law enforcement units, including members of FDLE, HSI, DELTA, and the Ranger Regiment. As the son of two law enforcement officers, Wyatt brings a personal understanding to his work with agencies across the country. He currently serves as the Tactical Conditioning Consultant for the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, where he leads human performance efforts centered on operational readiness, injury mitigation, and sustainable physical conditioning. His training background includes instruction under Titus Performance at the Pat Thomas Law Enforcement Academy and SPEAR, a leading predictive analytics group supporting DOD, DOJ, and SOCOM initiatives.
Wyatt’s tactical performance programs emphasize real-world application and enhance operatives’ ability to make rapid decisions in high-stakes environments. With specialized knowledge in force-on-force training and close-quarters engagement, he equips tactical professionals with the physical and cognitive tools needed to perform at their best when it matters most.
Grounded in a philosophy of daily growth, Wyatt champions the belief that even small steps forward can lead to profound change. His approach reflects a quiet but unwavering commitment to service, integrity, and excellence, and he remains focused on helping others achieve their fullest potential.
